Tax year 2026
Contractor Tax Packet 2026
$15
Mileage, expenses, 1099s, and quarterly estimates — as paper you can actually keep. One packet per tax year. Write as you go; give the CPA packet to your preparer in January.
After you pay on Stripe, the file is emailed to the address on your receipt — usually within a few minutes.
Stripe Checkout. Letter-size PDF, sent to the email on your receipt.
One-time $15. Not a subscription.
After you pay, the 18-page PDF is emailed to the address on the Stripe receipt. It is not a download inside Checkout.
Next federal estimated payment: Q4 2026, typically due January 15, 2027. Then comes year-end and 1099 season: the year-end checklist and the page for your CPA are in this packet. Confirm dates with the IRS, your state, and your preparer.
Also available: Contractor Tax Workbook 2026 ($15) — Excel/Sheets that auto-calcs the same logs. Companion, not a replacement.

Who it’s for, and how to use it
For US freelancers and 1099 contractors who would rather keep the tax year on paper than in another app, and who hand their numbers to a preparer at filing time.
Keep one packet per tax year. Write income in the log as payments land, and match each 1099 to it when the forms arrive. Log business miles as you drive, then total them on the one-page yearly summary. Record expenses in date order with a receipt behind every line, and list bigger purchases on the equipment and software log. The quarterly worksheets help you plan what to set aside, and the estimated payment log keeps federal and state payments in one register. In December, work through the year-end checklist, then clip the page for your CPA to your 1099s and logs and hand it over. The deduction notes are a list of questions to bring to your preparer, not answers.
